Corporate Social Responsibility
Holland Malt implemented a management structure inwhich Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an inherent part in. The guidelines of ISO 26.000 were being followed to structure the different issues. Being right in the center of the supply chain we already for a long time realized that bringing value to the supply chain is essential in our role as a chain partner. We are convinced that ISO 26.000 helps us to structure this.
This process was finalised with the publication of a self-declaration according to the dutch standardization organisation NEN. The self-declaration can be found on the pulbication platform of NEN. Please click here.
In view of the above we therefore also finalised our first CSR report. The reporting period is 2013. An extract is of this first report is publised here.

Sustainable Agriculture Initiative
Further to Skylark we also became member of the Sustainable Agriculture Initiative (SAI) Platform. SAI Platform was created in 2002 by the food industry to actively support the development of, and to communicate worldwide about, sustainable agriculture, involving the different stakeholders of the food chain. SAI supports agricultural practices and agricultural production systems that preserve the future availability of current resources and enhance their efficiency.
